1. What are the operating hours for Loyd Studios?

• Our studio is open by appointment only. If you would like to tour the space, please send us an email at studio@loydvisuals.com

2. Are there any additional services available?

• Yes, Loyd Studios offers additional services such as equipment rentals, on-site technical support, and production assistance. Please inquire at the time of booking for more details.

3. Can we do a podcast with more than 2 people in the open space?

• Yes, we have equipment for up to a 4 person podcast setup. We can configure the space to fit your production needs.

4. Will the podcast studio setup be available if I don't choose the add-on?

• By default, our "Studio Essentials" package does not include the podcast equipment. The podcast area can be used as a photo/video backdrop. If you would like the podcasting equipment to be setup when you arrive, please select the "Podcast Studio" add-on (it's free with your studio rental).

5. Can I host an event in the space?

• We are open to any events or programming in the space. Just send your event requirements to studio@loydvisuals.com!

6. What is the cancellation policy?

• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will incur a cancellation fee.

7. Is parking available at the studio?

• Yes, ample parking is available at Camp North End for all our clients and their teams. The parking deck attached to our building at 120 Razades Way, Charlotte NC has free parking for the first 3 hours ($4/hr after that). Camp North End also has completely free parking in the large lot off of Statesville Ave.
